Issue Description

Continuing work from 72023:

Eligibility for Veteran Readiness and Employment How to apply for Veteran Readiness and Employment

We need to build the page in Drupal, review, and publish.

Tasks

[x] Build Drupal page (Victoria)
[x] Review (Sara)
[x] Publish (Sara)
[x] Send live page to State Department for QA (Victoria)
[ ] Input any changes (Victoria)
[ ] Review (Sara)
[ ] Open ticket with PW to add Spanish toggle (Sara)

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Spanish page is live

@strelichl @ABeltran77 Here is the content back from State. This page is ready to be built in Drupal.

@saratorres2 The page in Drupal "Elegibilidad para el programa de Preparación y Empleo de Veteranos" is ready to review and publish. https://preview-prod.vfs.va.gov/preview?nodeId=70731

Please note that there's a grey background in the last section "Más información sobre los beneficios y servicios de VRE", than is not on the EN live page. Maybe it will go away when you published it, but I'm not sure. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

@moviedosoco It looks like that last box on the page is a different content type than what you set it up as. Rather than using the related links content block, you need to select the "List of link teasers" content block instead, which won't give you the gray background. Here's a screenshot of it:
