Issue Description

This is a timeboxed item to monitor traffic and issues via DataDog after directing 10% of users Timebox: 3 days

Tasks

[ ] Use DD to monitor for anomalies
[ ] If no anomalies within the agreed timebox, raise to 50%
[ ] If any issues, disable feature flag and create ticket to address

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] If any issues, disable feature flag(roll back) and create ticket to address
[ ] No anomalies and traffic raised to 50%

Rolled back to 0% the next morning over concerns about missing mailing address information. Investigation was started, and referenced here in a slack on #va-profile. Moving this to the Product Backlog for now until a solution reached.
