High Level User Story/ies

As a consumer of VetsAPI online scheduling capability, I need the backend module to route cancellation requests to the VetsAPI Patient Gateway so I can cancel appointments at Oracle Health sites.

Definition of done

All appointment update requests are updated to use VPG instead of vaos-service

All changes have been merged and verified in Staging environment

From our perspective this has been done, but teams are not ready to use it or test it yet. We will be ready whenever the front end team tests
