Request a New Standardized KPI Dashboard or an Update to an Existing Dashboard

Standardized dashboards are currently available for Forms, Content, & Search products only. To see if you should request a standardized dashboard, check Should I request a standardized KPI dashboard. If you’re not sure which dashboard(s) your product(s) qualify for, check the Eligibility Dashboard.

If your VA.gov product is not eligible for a standardized dashboard, you may be able to request an “edge case” dashboard. Please reach out to the Platform Analytics & Insights team on #vfs-platform-support for more information on this process.

For New Dashboards

In order to pull the correct data for your product, we need your help to define what pages and events to include, in addition to basic product info. We’ll need a filled out KPI request template before we can pull this ticket into our sprint.

Further details on what we would like to see in a dashboard

This request was inspired by the (private) "CSAT Score Dashboard" in Domo, which Basil shard with me. That dash has good charts and can filter by url, but It's currently not useful for us since it requires a minimum number data points that our product has not yet reached.

Desired functionality:

• Top next-pages for the MHV landing page (/my-health/)
• Survey response (VSignals) count and average score 1) by week and 2) by directory
  • experience (A11/intercept)
  • satisfaction (VFS/feedback button)
  • task completion (% yes)
  • trust change in VA
  • trust in VA
• The "by directory" filter from the CSAT dash is key for the scores – so that we can aggregate survey scores for /my-health/ as a whole (aggregated), as well as for key sub-directories (e.g., /secure-messages/) -> The desired directories are listed in the excel linked above

Are you able to make the spreadsheet is google sheets?

Since you essentially want a variation of the existing CSAT Dashboard I don't see a need to pull new data or to make a new data set since we already have a newer CSAT data dashboard. If you are okay with using that same data set then when I get started on this request I can immediately start working on the dashboard and hopefully get it to you sooner.
