Given the new operating parameters of the AL2-based SOCKS configuration, we need to update the documentation that describes the offboarding process to reflect the new process.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Offboarding procedure can be followed by a Platform DevOps team member who is completely unfamiliar with the infrastructure
[ ] Guidance for VFS team members is up-to-date.
[ ] VFS-team guidance has been tested by at least on team member of the Reliability team with no prior knowledge of SOCKS updates
