[VSOffs][Prototype] User Testing - Findings report

Description

Creation of a findings report based on user testing data, for internal and external shareout. Should include key findings with data to support each claim, as well as opportunities or recommendations for the next phase of design work.

Note Based on team conversations, the share out of user testing findings will be combined with NACVSO findings. However, a separate written report, to be uploaded to GitHub with the research planning documents, will need to be created specific to this study. It should contain results from all tasks, regardless of whether those are shared in the combined share out meeting.
