[DESIGN] Update Design and Content for Multiple Facilities Selection

Background

A few things need to be worked out on the multiple facilities selection pagefor the Oracle Health flow.

1. Description text INSIDE checkbox tile: How should we handle the appointment description text inside the checkbox tile? This text can only be included as a paragraph format, not as bullet points or separate lines.

2. Description text ABOVE checkbox tile: We need to include text within the checkbox group description (test label = placeholder text). This is required (Slack thread). Should we add additional description text, move the body text there, or move some of the body text there? Anything included in this description will be included in the inline alert as well. Note: important to talk with a11y folks about when/how the different content would read out.

Tasks

• [ ] Update screens with new design solution(s) (+ content if needed)
• [ ] Get feedback from a11y on any accessibility questions
• [ ] Review solution with UX and Brian
• [ ] Solidify final design
• [ ] Create follow-up tickets

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Work for the ticket tasks is complete
• [ ] Work was reviewed by UX, Brian, and a11y
• [ ] If needed, provide Check-in PO with links or content for f/u tickets
