Add Blinded Veterans of America to participant panel

Description

BVA is a Big 6 Veterans Service Organization that represents one of the largest AT user populations. As ARF continues with testing, it is important to include more Big 6 and AT user input on the direction of our design.

I'm assuming our BVA contacts haven't filled out the Google Form yet. We won't be able to test with Blind and low vision users until we're in production anyway, so I suggest we reach out again once we're ready for AT testing and have them sign up specifically for that, rather than nagging them to fill out the form? Thoughts @RenataKeck?

@uxrebecca I would suggest adding their contact information to the participant panel spreadsheet (what information you have) and then close this ticket. We will reach out again and ask them to facilitate recruitment at the point we're ready to do AT testing. Thank you for your efforts on this!

Makes sense! I added the 6 contacts to the participant panel spreadsheet and confirmed those I could find as VSOs in the Find a Rep tool. Also did some Google searches to find and add their job titles.
