Light UAT of slackbot

Description of UX Tasks

We want to make sure that VFS engineers are able to utilize the support slackbot to seek support from our team. This light UAT will be with one of our PMs and/or POs. We'll test for content, navigation, and end result (slackbot working in the #vsp-identity channel and ticket creation).

Documentation

Definition of Done

• UAT with at least 1 engineer from our team walking through the steps to submit a help request (ticket) with the chatbot
• Any issues from the UAT are defined and noted
• UAT results discussed with our PM and/or engineers

Acceptance Criteria
