SC | Failed evidence upload #79145

On March 23, 2024, around 10PM ET, a SC evidence upload job permanently failed after five retries because of BGS downtime. See DataDog and Slack thread. This is a silent error impacting one evidence upload for one Veteran.

We could re-submit this evidence on our end, if that process would work for parties downstream.

Closing as the logs have been rolled out of Datadog. This issue will be included in the larger effort in #81303
