Participants who were in the reserves (Pilot 2, P5, P13, P15) had difficulty determining what dates that they should use for 'final release date of active duty', wondering if they should use their date leaving or retiring from the Reserves. These participants chose the date they retired. A couple of participants didn't know the dates off of the top of their head and estimated.

P5: "I'm a retired Reservist...so that final release date from active duty. Is that the date you want or the date I retired?"
P15: Initially interpreted release date as retirement date vs. release date from active duty. "In my head I was going to put in the retirement date from Reserve and I think I would stick with that"

@buddhima-coforma The burial 530EZ form also asks for military history, and we've started exploring how to leverage an existing API that can pull in that info into the form for authenticated users (see #68092 and #80645).
