Note: We've already redirected all the necessary pages to the new landing page. When we have time, we need to update all the entry points, so that users are directed straight to the new landing page, rather than being redirected there.
@megzehn, the majority of these pages are ready for you to copyedit and publish. I need to follow up on a small number of pages before you copyedit and publish them--I've marked those as "blocked" for now.
Here's the tracker with all the pages: ARM entry point tracker (SharePoint)
I've reviewed and published all of these, except for a few marked as Blocked. Most of the remaining ones have a few draft edits that should be cleared soon.
Thanks so much for the beautiful spreadsheet and all your great work on this, @aprocik1 !
Thanks for your support on this, @megzehn! I appreciate your attention to all these updates.
I'm going to move this ticket to blocked for now, so that we know to return to it for the remaining entry points.
Update: I've continued to work on this ticket when we find additional entry points to update. But, we should keep this ticket in blocked for now, because we're waiting on 3 remaining entry points that we can't publish yet. A couple of updates for footers now pointing to our landing page:
VA Form 10-10EZR is still pending.
The last form footer 10-10EZR has been updated today and is now pointing to our landing page with the new content 💫
Note: I've updated the entry point tracker.
Description
Background
The accredited representation management (ARM) team is designing these new products: - **Representative status widget (RSW):** This will help Veterans check if they have an accredited representative. - **Find a representative (FAR) tool:** This will help Veterans find attorneys, claims agents, and Veteran Service Officers (VSO) that serve as accredited representatives. After using this tool, Veterans will need to contact the attorney, claims agent, or VSO to ask if they're available and willing to representative them. - **Appoint a representative (AAR) tool:** This will help Veterans appoint an attorney, claims agent, or VSO as their accredited representative by pre-filling their Form 21-22 or Form 21-22a. After using this tool, Veterans will need to print and sign their form. Then the accredited representative will need to sign and submit the form online, by mail, or in person.Resources
