I currently have Figma access through Ad Hoc (VA Health and Benefits App Team), but am unable to access / edit any VA design files in Figma. I use my Ad Hoc email address for that account, but my VA email address is kaili.blackwelder@va.gov, if needed.

Hi @naomimarcussen – So sorry to bug you, but I am still unable to access VA files, projects, etc. within Figma. I only have access to the Ad Hoc team and don't have any other teams listed. I synced up with one of the other designers on our team, Jessica Woodin, because she is able to see both the Ad Hoc team and the VA team. She said that I should see VA listed as an "external team", but I have no external teams listed within my account. Should I have maybe received an invitation email from Figma to join the VA team like I did when I first joined the Ad Hoc team?

Hi! I see that you have full access with the account you created with your adhoc email. But, it looks like you don't have permissions to any projects. Do you know what project your team is working in? The owner of that project can invite you to join. I think once you're in the project you should be able to see it in your list.
