CC: Contact center review

Description

User story

As a Veteran, I want the VAgov call center (MyVA411) to have updated documentation on the MHV-on-VAgov portal, so that they can provide trust-inspiring support when I call.

As a Cartography team member, I want to help Veterans call the right call center on their first tray as we start the integration, so that operations aren't impacted by confusion.

Notes

• DEPENDENCIES: Need the implementations to be complete so that screenshots are accurate
• Contact center review is a step in collab cycle for 2nd Nav, and we should also use the opportunity to let them know about the changes to links and the portal in general.
• Patrick and Cartographers are seeking input/feedback on HRC (MHV Help Desk) operational readiness from Patricia Henry as part of #80403.
• Current version (v1) of product guide in Github: MHV on VA.gov Landing Page 03212023.docx (click "view raw" to download Word doc)

Acceptance criteria

• Any requests from Patty Henry/HRC (MHV Help Desk operations) in #80403 are addressed in this ticket or ticketed separately
• Product guide for MHV landing page and secondary nav is created/updated and submitted for Contact Center Review
  • Request submitted 5/30
• Contact center team confirmed that VEO has accepted changes
• Product guide submitted to HRC (via Patty?) and change management stakeholders (eg Jeannette Bruno on octo side)
• Final product guide v2 uploaded to Github alongside v1
