Post-Submission Notification: Notify Template

The Figma templates used to create the Post Submission Notification: Failure Emails (generic, 0781, 0781a, and 4142) need to be transferred to VA Notify. This service will upload the email notification into a system that will notify Veterans if their submission fails.

NOTE: You can only access VA Notify using your Citrix log-in.

Task:

• [x] Copy and paste wording from the Figma file to VA Notify for the generic, 0781, 0781a, and 4142 screens
• [x] Send test emails and review for content and design
• [x] Notify engineering (Nathan) that email testing has been completed

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Generic, 0781, 0781a, and 4142 screens have been uploaded to VA Notify
• [x] Notify engineering to continue with their next steps

The content for the the VA Notify emails (Generic, 0781/a, and 4142) has been added to VA Notify. Test emails have been sent to Julie, Nathan, Thomas, Emily, Shannon, and myself for feedback. Pending no feedback we'll hand off the design in VA Nofity to Nathan to do the engineer work.

Test emails were sent to VBA, OCTO, Team 1 and Team 2 to review 4 post submission emails. Spacing has been fixed to the best of our ability using the VA Notify system. Phone numbers have been corrected and working on all emails. Shannon has reviewed and given the ok to move forward.

Julie and I reviewed the footer and the rest of the VA Notify email. They are ready to be handed off to the engineers and we can close this ticket.
