[VSOs][Interviews] Bulk User SME Interview Sessions

Description

It has become evident that the majority of VSO rep users in the ARP portal do not perform bulk accept/decline as part of their workflow, preferring to review each individual case before making a decision.

Interviews and test sessions with Big 6 VSOrg supervisors has led us to believe that there are VSO reps whose job description includes bulk accept/decline, but we have not had the opportunity to speak to them to understand their workflow. The purpose of this mini-research study is to speak to a few bulk accept/decline reps to fill in gaps in our understanding and better contextualize whether this use case needs to be considered in ARP Pilot/MVP, specifically in table sort, filter and bulk select/accept functionality.

This ticket captures moderating, notetaking, and participant management for a short series of SME interviews with bulk users.

Output

• Expected output: a written report and deck (to be uploaded to Github and Sharepoint), and updates to VSO Persona
• Fidelity/level of detail for the work: Low effort. This is small sample and intended to cover a small area of unknowns within VSO rep taskflows.
• Methodology: top-down coding or thematic analysis, to be applied to VSO Persona
