Clarify Language in "Create a new Platform Website" page #81494

In Feb of 2024, a user commented on our "Create a new Platform website documentation page" asking us to clarify what we mean when we say "Once your page is ready."

As a team we need to determine exactly what we mean by "ready." Then we need to draft more specific language and get team approval of that language. Then we need to update this page and publish it.

I responded to the commenter (via an inline comment) with:

Thank you for this note, Bryan. Sorry it took us so long to respond. We will update this language to reflect exactly what we mean by “ready.” But to answer your question here in the comments… There is no requirement that the PCT review/edit your docs prior to moving them to their final home in the IA. While collaborating with us is optimal, it is not required. “ready” simply means that you and your team are satisfied with the content. That it is no longer a draft but a complete document. Our team will check it for Launch Blocking issues before it deploys. So, everyone “works” with us one way or another. We will need some time to develop new, clearer language and and edit this sentence. We’ve created a ticket for this and will update it asap. Thanks again for your question and for reading our documentation so carefully. It truly is a great help!

Let's consider that the definition of "ready" might simply mean completing steps 1-4 on the "Create a new Platform website documentation page"
