The purpose of this effort is to:

Build on our understanding of the VSR experience of processing Veterans Pension claims
Identify the biggest pain points and opportunities for process improvements for VSRs when it comes to processing Veterans Pension claims submitted on VA.gov
Clarify what information is still essential on the form, what could be simplified, and what is superfluous or unnecessary due to changes in the process
