  • The Representative Status Widget will be released on both the "Find a VA accredited representative or VSO" page and the related "Get help from a VA accredited representative or VSO" landing page
    • Staging for Find a Representative -- the Widget intended for release is in the "Check if you already have an accredited representative" section
    • There is no Staging for the landing page -- this is owned by CAIA in Drupal

• What Events need to be tracked? NOTE: Design System Components are automatically tracked and should be used whenever possible to avoid custom configuration

  • Please see the KPIs in our Representative Status Widget Product Outline for additional context

• If applicable, what test users are needed? NOTE: Do not put staging credentials in this ticket; store or reference them in a .md file in the va.gov-team-sensitive repository

  • Test Users for the Representative Status Widget -- we have 5 widget states: Unauthenticated, Authenticated + no representative, Authenticated + organization representative, Authenticated + individual representative, Authenticated + error
    • Test user vetsgov+test236@id.me (line 2) = No representative state
    • Test user vets.gov.user+211@gmail.com (line 3) = Organization state, American Legion
    • Test user vets.gov.user+232@gmail.com (row 15) = Organization state, Disabled American Veterans
    • Test user vets.gov.user+33@gmail.com (line 5) = Individual state, attorney
    • Test user vets.gov.user+108@gmail.com (line 7) = Individual state, claims agent
    • Test user vets.gov.user+2@gmail.com (line 6) = Error state

  • We have an open Analytics Request for Find a Representative -- perhaps these can be tackled together and be visualized in a single Domo Dashboard (existing request for the Domo dashboard)

The "expected_user_experience" column indicates what Widget state should appear after login, and the Widget exists currently on our landing page and on Find a Rep (these are Staging links).

Here's our Datadog monitor, for the different codes of the Rep Status Widget. These codes determine what state of the Rep Status Widget the user sees.
