A new 0781 will be released combining the current 0781 and 0781a forms into one form. We need to update the online experience within the 526 to reflected the new 0781 form, and also incorporate feedback from shadowing research

For Veterans who have been diagnosed with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and want to apply for related benefits or services, the VA.gov's new online 0781 form provides all the questions related for claiming mental health conditions and in-service traumatic events need to submit a benefits claim. Unlike the previous version of the 0781 form, the new online form will be in compliance by being up to date with the most recent paper form version.

Research goals:

• Research planning (DoD is platform approval to start recruitment)
• Conduct research sessions
• Synthesize Findings
• Create report and readout to OCTO team
• Work with OCTO to prioritize findings
• Implement findings prioritized for MVP
