Issue Description

Now that research synthesis for 10-10EZ TERA questions is complete and we've identified next steps as team, the UX team will work on suggested content updates and work with CAIA to finalize content to address concerns that came up in testing.

• [x] Using research finding recommendations, suggest content updates in Figma for CAIA to review (Angela)
• [x] When ready, open a content request ticket for Aliyah to review suggestions and help finalize content updates (Angela)
• [ ] Work with CAIA both asynchronously and in Friday's content sync meeting on outstanding content items
• [ ] Share content updates with EZR team so they can work on implementing them on the 10-10EZR form
• [ ] Share with benefits team and sitewide team in case they may want to make the same changes to their TERA questions

• Content updates for TERA questions have been finalized and updates are ready for dev
