Issue Description

Make sure content and patterns are aligned with the latest CAIA guidance before starting development process.

[x] Open content ticket for review of new alert messaging and question in flow - Content Request from 10-10 Health Apps - Registration Only #67133
[ ] Work with content to review and update
[ ] Review with the team
[ ] Determine any specific tracking that needs to be implemented with PM & DA

[ ] Registration MVP is ready for development, data gathering and possible usability testing..

Added note to the CAIA ticket - just updated the Figma file structure (main components and setup) based on what we learned working through the CG work and lessons learned there.
