Kelly set these up with reusable Q&As, which means we'll need to maintain the content in separate nodes. It also limits the formatting we can use in those Q&As (for example, we can't use address block). Is this the right approach, or would we switch these to page-specific?

We weren't able to find information about getting replacement CHAMPVA cards. Should Veterans call the CHAMPVA contact number to request a replacement?
We see a note that "CHAMPVA is NOT considered primary health coverage." on this page. But if you have no other insurance, it seems it would be primary payer by default. Is this correct?
We couldn't find a direct answer about Medicare Advantage in the source material — but since Medicare Advantage includes Parts A and B, it seems this would meet the requirement for CHAMPVA eligibility. Can you confirm if this answer is correct?
This source says CHAMPVA covers "at least a portion" of the Medicare Part B deductible. Does CHAMPVA usually cover all of the Part B deductible, or a smaller amount?
There's an optional PDF form for proof of school enrollment. The form says that we can only accept letters faxed directly from the school. But we heard from the SMEs working on the 1010d online form that we can now accept letters directly from applicants as long as they're signed by a school official. Is it true that we can accept letters sent by the applicant instead of directly from the school? If the form is out of date, we don't recommend linking to it here. But if you'd like to provide an updated PDF, we could add it to the VA forms library and include a link here.
