We need to create and publish the new FMB R&S version of this existing benefit detail page: Resources for military and Veteran family members

Tasks

Step 1: Publish

• [x] DB: Clone and update the page in Drupal
• [x] DB: Update the H1 and URL in Drupal to align with the IA spec
• [x] MZ: Copyedit and publish the page

Step 2: Redirect

• [x] KOM: Tasks outlined in #93245

@aprocik1 I've created the new R&S page. The only notable changes are to the H1 and first H2. Can you take a look?

Thanks @d-beyer. I think we should make these changes:

• Update the H1 to: "Career resources for military and surviving spouses." I think replacing the term "Veteran" with "surviving" adds SEO value and aligns more closely to the content on this page.
• Update the H2s to all questions. We try to avoid using a mix of statement and question headers on the same page.
• Update the order of the H2s. I think this page could flow better, and I don't think changing the order is a substantive edit.
• Remove the horizontal line above the last H2. We try to avoid using these lines, since they tested poorly with Veterans.

Here's my recommendation for the H2s--feedback welcome:

• Am I eligible for SECO services?
• What services does SECO offer?
• How do I register for SECO services?
• What if I want to start my own business?
• What other programs can I participate in?
