Create and publish new FMB benefit detail page: Mental health services for family members

We need to migrate the information that's relevant to family members from the existing mental health services page to a new page in the FMB hub.

Tasklist:

• [x] Update Veteran version to replace info that's only relevant to family members with a crosslink to new page (Derek)

@d-beyer you can also start on this page draft after you finish drafting subhub landing pages for phase 1. You'll need to assess which info from the Veteran mental health services page is relevant to family members — some info may belong on both pages. We'll probably also want to mention and crosslink to info about getting help for a Veteran experiencing mental health issues. Let's chat about approach when you get to this one!

@laurwill -- I drafted the new family member page and an update to the existing page:

• New page: VA mental health services for family members
• Updated existing page: VA mental health services

There were some instances where I wasn't sure how to revise the existing content to describe only the family member aspects for the new page:

- The Veteran page introduction mentions PTSD, MST, anxiety, depression, and grief". I'm guessing that's important for SEO so good to leave in, but obviously MST (and maybe PTSD) aren't relevant to family members. - Under the list that starts with "Vet Centers offer these types of services..." I'm guessing some of these services are not relevant for family members, but they are *offered* by Vet Centers generally and that could be helpful to know. (Likewise, I think it's good that the original page still mention that these services are available to family members.) - Or the sentence "This site connects millions of Veterans, and their family members and friends..." I'm inclined to leave the mention of Veterans in there.

Thanks @d-beyer ! I made a few tweaks and have a couple questions to run by Danielle.

• Changed H1 to "Mental health services for family and caregivers"
• Added the Be There program to the family page, since it seems to also be for family members, but also not sure this is still the name of that program
• Restructured the headers to be statements and to nest 2 sections under family member support

Questions for Danielle:

• Veteran page links to National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which changed its name to 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Before we make the name change, want to confirm that we want to continue linking here — this is essentially the non-Veteran-specific version of the Veteran Crisis Line, right?
• The Be There resource listed on the Veteran page has no link and lists the same phone number that we list at the bottom for general help from Military OneSource. I can't find anything on their website that references "Be There." Thinking they may have ditched that name and are now just calling this "non-medical counseling." Should we ask that partner before adding this to family page? https://www.militaryonesource.mil/non-medical-counseling/
