Issue Description

This ticket will be used to track efforts towards VHA Payment History MVP, which is our 2nd Priority, including weekly meetings.

Meetings take place on Thursdays at 2pm ET Attendees include stakeholders from VHA, HRC, Lighthouse, and more.

Per team discussion , we cancelled VHA meetings on 5/30 and 6/6 to allow for additional time for Brian Tomlin to complete validation.

5/16/24 - First meeting 5/23/24 *Per team discussion, we cancelled VHA meetings on 5/30 and 6/6 to allow for additional time for Brian Tomlin to complete validation. 6/13/24 7/4/24 - Meeting will be cancelled due to holiday 7/8/24 - New series to launch with Business Stakeholders Purpose/Objective: Align on a set of business requirements for the integration of payment history data into the VA.gov Debt Portal. Goal is to define a phased development approach so we can improve the Veteran's experience incrementally.
