We are seeing significant outages on the sitewide search due to our downstream Search.gov service. We have been seeing issues since Tuesday and we are in contact with Search.gov. They are doing heavy maintenance on their Elasticsearch (and likely other things) resulting in a lot of downtime on the sitewide search.
