Begin design work on 21a

Description

In Sprint 18, we need to pick up design work on 21a. That entails:

• Connecting with Lesley to learn about what design work is needed
• Connecting with engineering to learn about the differences between what's been coded and what's in Lesley's mocks. (Are the changes intentional and we should update the mocks to reflect them, or do we need to update the code to match the mocks?)

Output

• Meeting notes
• We don't have access to what's currently coded, so we need screenshots of what's been built. This could take the form of screenshots sent by engineers, or a meeting recording in which they walk through the coded screens.
• Ticket(s) articulating next steps for design

• Courtney
• Others as needed (Courtney to invite other designers as desired)

• 21a Google folder, with lots of resources, including the 21a Resources file that lists all Figma files, Murals, canvases, prototypes, etc.
• 21a Figma file
• Business logic tracker spreadsheet
• 21a attorney flow design questions doc
• Original prototype from OIT Prototype Instructions:
  1. Click "Accreditation Applicants"
  2. Click "Start an Application"
  3. Click either "Attorneys (VA Form21a)" or "Claims Agents (VA Form21a)" hyperlink
  4. The next screen "check" the acknowledge check box and invoke the "Start Application" to view the pages of information to fill out the application
