Review FAR V2

Description

This ticket is track work related to reviewing Find a Rep (FAR) V2. Specifically, the product team has asked for a review of the definition.

We were able to connect with OGC in our demo today, regarding the new definition for Find a Representative and the goal of obtaining their approval. The ARM team also has some feedback, I'll summarize both here:

OGC Feedback:

1. The first paragraph is too brief, and is loosing the specificities of each representative type. The initial suggestions from Jonathan are pulled from our FAQ content; OGC would like to align content when possible to maintain consistency across the site.
2. No concerns with the second paragraph.

ARM feedback:

1. Would prefer not to have a sentence start with "And" in the second paragraph.

Thank you @aprocik1! I connected with the team and we'd like to present the "alternative option" to OGC for approval. Our reasoning:

• The "main" feels like a bait and switch when it comes to the fees, something that has come up as a concern from participants in user testing.
• The paragraph structure of the "alternative" provides a clearer distinction between representative types.
