Product Information

Team: MHV-Medications Product: MHV Medications Feature: Medications

Findings details

VA.gov Experience Standard - issue: User can't determine next steps in a flow. VA.gov Experience Standard - category: Findability Launch-blocking: No Design System review: No Collab Cycle Reviewer: @erinrwhite (IA)

Description

Once a refill is submitted, the success message instructs users, "For updates on your medication requests, go to your medication list." Once back on the medications list, there is not a mechanism to sort, filter, or search for medications that have a refill request in progress. Rather, users must view all medications in the list to see which have been requested and their status.

Link, screenshot or steps to recreate - Visit [Refills page](https://staging.va.gov/my-health/medications/refill) - Complete a refill request for one or more medications - On success message, visit link "Go to your medication list"

Recommended action

If possible add a mechanism for users to sort, filter or otherwise find prescriptions that have been recently requested to be refilled (not just filled).
