This ticket is account for QC'ing the Monthly VA.gov Summary dashboard with the newly create GA4 views/datasets.

• BQ - Records Letter Downloads
• [OUTPUT] Monthly PV, Users for All, WBC, Vets by Month
• BQ - Facility Locator pageviews by day
• BQ - Standard Search
• [Output] - Monthly users by LOA
• BQ - Profile Details

Tasks

• [x] Create duplicate dataset and cards. Once Phil creates new view, route duplicate cards to new view.
• [x] Follow up with Phil for any changes that need to be made to the dataset.
• [x] Doing column per column comparison between the UA and the GA4 Views
• [x] Look for and document differences in variable names, formatting, etc.
• [x] Check if event labels, categories, actions -- etc that are used within BeastModes -- we might have to derive this
• [x] Copy report -- Save As -- use new GA4 Dataset --
• [x] Set permissions of copied report so it's just available by our team.
• [ ] If we pass these checks -- we can plan to certify that the reports are fresh.
• [x] If data issue, or discrepancy is found, mark in ticket and notify team.

• [x] Document findings from QC, and potential changes here.

• [x] Report has been copied -- using the new GA4 view.
• [x] Notes from QC or potential changes to ETLs have been documented on this page.
• [x] All data issues have been flagged, and if needed, another ticket has been created for them.

1. Followed up with @dorseypa1 about the following concerns:
   • GA4 BQ - Claims Events by Day and GA4 BQ - Forms Events by Date and Device Category views are showing 0 rows in the view. Stated these are tied to event_action not being populated, will have to wait until he has the criteria to create it and then populate the view.
   • GA4 view for Modernized - PVs, Sessions, Users, Bounces by Month not loaded. - Will follow up to see if he overlooked it.
2. Below are QC concerns in the data:
   • For GA4 BQ - Login Events by day, the event category is blank, it is supposed to be populated with sign-on. Event action is api, should be values similar to following: Login,Login - localhost; Login - production; Login - vagovdev; Login - vagovprod; Login - vagovstaging.
   • For GA4 BQ - Records Letter Downloads - Event label is incorrect it is supposed to be letter-download for all records. Event action is incorrect is it supposed to be Letter downloaded - benefits summary; Letter download - civil service; etc.
   • For GA4 BQ - Monthly Unique Users by LOA, the users_loa_3 and users_loa_all are all displaying 0 values and it usually is a summed value for the month. I'm thinking the code for this is monthly and stops with the previous month but you may have only included data from June and this may be preventing these values from populating.
