When a user deletes a condition they added, the condition is immediately gone, they do not get a modal asking them to confirm they want to remove the condition. Users may accidentally remove a condition.
Recommended action
Review the guidance for the multiple responses pattern and add a confirmation modal any time a user wants to remove a condition.
