Swagger update to reflect addition of case ID to callback API #85715

This is a documentation task to update swagger to reflect the change made in this ticket.

Going forward this should be considered part of the definition of done for callback API changes.

Acceptance criteria

Swagger correctly reflects the callback API currently deployed in staging.
