Moving this epic back to the Icebox because SSOe errors and the resulting UX gave us all pause, including Hugo Padilla from the VA Health Chat team. As a Veteran who is eligible to use VA Health Chat, I want to easily find the VA Health Chat link under "More resources and support" on MHV Home only at times when it is available, to get chat support with my health care.
