As a UX Researcher, I want to set the direction of the Design and Engineering work for this epic by understanding the Veteran experience. I'll use these insights to inform revise previous ideas on how to solve the

Tasks

[ ] Generate a list of key insights to inform the revised problem statement and ideation

For context, here are the research goals for the Timely & Truthful Submission research study that will inform the work for this Epic. Research Goal 3: Generate ideas for the next design phase to improve claim record.

What information do Veterans expect to receive in a record of their claim?
How might Veterans use claim information to take action on failed submission?
How might Veteran interest in a PDF of their claim change if they had to access it after submission (not synchronously)?

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The team, cross-functionally, has internal alignment on proposed solution
[ ] Outcomes from tasks are documented in Github or GoogleDocs

We might not need this ticket anymore. We're planning to include this topic in Run Research Study (July 8 - 16) for Timely and Truthful Submission#86806 cc @evelynhilbrichdavis

Return to this after research to see if insights generated through the study offer sufficient understanding into the questions above. We can handle this in synthesis/reporting ticket.
