Issue Description

Veteran requesting for assistance/access to locked VA account (Sen. Peters) A veteran was setting up their VA.gov account and when asked to enter their phone number they received a message saying number was incorrect. The phone number on the Privacy Release form is the correct number. Please check and make sure the correct phone number is listed.

6/26 - Sent email to Veteran asking if this was still an issue. Awaiting response. Next steps - Send requested guidance email to Joe N. with Identity or Brenda with HRC.

UPDATE - Sent email to member of EVSS team to determine if in their wheelhouse. phone number and email address missing in DEERS/DMDC systems. VA.gov systems (MPI and CORP) was correct. They cannot resolve issue. Details of issue and contact information for DEERS/DMDC have been sent to Veteran. Awaiting response from Veteran
