10-10d: placeholder for changes/UAT updates before staging review (WIP)

Changes to 10-10d on staging prior to staging review (Note: there were some minor discrepancies in the copy for some of the hint text on pages on staging - I didn't call them out in some cases but want to leave it up to Jamie/Syd to determine if these are fixes that should be made. Also question around whether we are doing the extra copy for address and phone number - we aren't doing this anywhere else?) :

• Signer info: copy in the 'expanded' section: remove 'opens in new tab' copy, open each link in new tab (currently it's opening in the same tab); url: https://staging.va.gov/health-care/champva/apply-form-10-10d/signer-type
• 3rd party signer: https://staging.va.gov/health-care/champva/apply-form-10-10d/signer-info
  • name: add hint text
  • mailing address: add period to end of hint text. Update mailing address to match figma (remove street address line 2, 3, update to "Apartment or unit number")
  • contact info: update hint text
  • relationship: remove hint text and remove 4th option ("third-party representative...")
  • Sponsor: https://staging.va.gov/health-care/champva/apply-form-10-10d/sponsor-info
  • name/dob: update hint text
  • mailing address: remove street address line 2, 3, etc. and update to "Apartment or unit number"
• Applicant info: https://staging.va.gov/health-care/champva/apply-form-10-10d/applicant-info
  • remove extra copy: You can add up to 25 applicants in a single application. If you need to add more than 25 applicants, you'll need to submit a separate application for them.
  • contact info: add period at end of hint text (after "application")
  • relationship to sponsor: add "Surviving" to first 2 options, lower case "sponsor" in header and hint text
  • add applicant marriage to sponsor screen (it should go before date of marriage screen)
  • date of marriage: add period at end of hint text, remove 'to sponsor' above date selector
  • file upload (proof of marriage): lower case "optional" in header, update body copy (Note: I didn't finish....will have to do more review later).
