This ticket documents the interview sessions being conducted over the course of two sprints. We are conducted interviews for the 0781 Concept Testing to better understand the flow placement, evidence upload and event flow of the new 0781.

Task:

[x] Conduct interviews or take notes for interview sessions, 90 minutes each
[x] Manage data from interviews and prepare Mural notes for synthesis
[x] Debrief with the research team
[x] Managing observer sign-ups by creating a sign-up sheet and sharing with team members

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Interviews are complete

Reminder: When you get the updated participant sign-up, update the observer sign-up sheet with new dates. Offer to Amy and Ajia first.

Last interview session will be taking place today at 3:30 pm ET. All recordings will be download from Zoom to Sharepoint on Monday morning.

User research interviews were conducted and completed on Friday, July 26. All interview notes have been checked for PII and moved to the synthesis board.
