BMT has been onboarded to the self service portal and a service was created for Benefits Management Tools. Communicating in #decision-letter-notification-taskforce DSVA channel. They are starting with email. No plan to launch with an email preference at this time. There are larger discussions on the interpretation of sending decision info digitally vs mail and if there will eventually be a consent model needed for that on notification settings. No determination has been made yet and for the initial launch it will not replace mail.
