To-date, research has indicated that near-instant access to the Veteran's e-Folder from ARP POA is highly critical functionality for VSO Representatives. What this connection between ARP POA and VBMS looks like remains a mystery; namely, will ARP POA link to VBMS, and if so, where within VBMS will that interaction take users?
The purpose of these observations is to better understand how VSO Representatives use VBMS and the possible linkages between ARP POA and VBMS. Final artifact will be design documentation to ARF ENG to guide discovery into what is technically feasible to achieve end-to-end workflow connections between these two representative-facing tools.
Output
Detailed Plan: Contact Marty, see if he or a rep he knows can provide a walkthrough. If not, contact high level VSO POCs to arrange a time. NOTE: the Employee Experience team is interested in attending a walkthrough. Coordinate with them to find a time that is convenient.
Expected Output: Summary of the observation, uploaded to GitHub, updates to the future state map/Figma flows, and potential updates to PDR documentation.
Fidelity/level of detail: This is a purely observational effort, and can be accomplished by a single researcher. There is minimal analysis and synthesis of observation required.
