2 months ago Hi @DanielleThierryUSDSVA , The changes to the debt pages ended up touching 3 R&S pages and 2 hub detail pages, in addition to drafting the new page to replace the FSR wizard.
I put it all in this Mural to try to organize it. I need to see if Tugboat will allow us to preview the changes to Q&A sections so it's less confusing. Here are the Drupal nodes:

In the meantime, I'd love your thoughts on the overall approach.
- I broadened R&S pages that were focused on benefit overpayment relief to also address relief for copay debts, where appropriate — the info is often applicable to both, and I found this separation confusing
- I replaced out of date details about how to apply for debt relief on the R&S pages with links to the existing copay pages and the new benefit overpayments page. I think this will be more sustainable to maintain, but let me know if you disagree.
- I took this opportunity to make style updates to all the pages (removing retired term "benefit debt" etc)
I haven't put these through copyedit yet. We can do that before sending to SMEs, or wait to see if they agree with general approach before copyediting.
The work to replace the FSR wizard ballooned into updates to 5 existing pages and 1 newly drafted page.
