Issue Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for Section 5901 (specifically sections c and d), and how the ARM team can assist.

Tasks

[ ] Gather information on any requirements for ARM team around 5901 sections B and D.
[ ] Work with CAIA to review section A work.
[ ] Document in a central location for team review.
[ ] Create product brief based on conversations.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] We have a clear, documented understanding of how ARM can support Section 5901, which will guide future research and development work.

I like the format! Would like to have this in Github ideally, maybe we draft up and get approval in either Google Docs or a Slack Canvas (if Jen/Lesley need to see) and when everything's finalized I can help upload to Github and muscle through any markdown.

Sounds good - I just was trying to find a format we could utilize so if there's another one you prefer let me know.

Otherwise will work towards getting this in GitHub once we have more information. Thanks!

This format is good enough for me :)

I considered the Product Outline template for a bit, but I think that's a slightly different purpose -- those read more in the frame of mind of solving business and user problems. This work of meeting a mandated policy feels slightly different.

07/08/2024 Slack Message Who: Jennifer Bertsch Where: Link to Slack message Decision: If we do not hear back from Kevin (VBA) and Marty (VEO) do not follow-up. Jennifer will follow-up with VEO, VBA, OGC, and OIT on how to prioritize this work per recommendation from Zach. Continue to meet with CAIA to understand scope.

Moving this to Product Backlog, Jen is advising to hold off on meeting with CAIA. We will pause efforts on defining this work, until we have the official green light from Jen and related stakeholders.

Yes please go ahead and cancel the CAIA call. I spoke to them and they'd also like to wait for clarity on prioritization etc Slack message
