View PoA requests > Power of attorney requests > Find requests > Should be “Veteran’s” for last name and first name (Mobile and desktop). This is the syntax from form 21-22. Link

"Veteran's" text has been removed. Feedback no longer relevant.

View PoA requests > June is abbreviated to JUN > Per the Design System Style Guide: Don’t abbreviate March, April, May, June, or July. Link

and

Accept PoA requests > Spell out the dates in the body copy using the complete construction: March 31, 1989. Or January 2, 1980. (Forms are the exceptions.) Link

Due to the goal of the design to display information compactly, we have opted for representing dates with numbers to avoid wrapping and unnecessary vertical expansion on the cards. Should this design be adjusted in the future, we will adopt the standard date styling from VADS. We feel we have this flexibility with content style since our users are representatives.
