This is a question for a backend ruby engineer.

Are Tempfiles suitable for processing data that contains PII? A Tempfile is only readable by the ruby process owner and can be deleted as soon as we are done with it. They are in pretty wide use in vets-api already, but we wanted to check to make sure this is an appropriate use.
