Possible tasks:

Extract specific, measurable jobs from the Mural into a document (Github), organized under the framework(s) from the mural
Define success criteria
Get feedback
Add to product outline(?)

May be redundant, depending on whether the jobs make it into the evaluation plan or not (in #88351).
