Focus Group Discussion Guide: Auditing Medallia Forms on VA.gov

1. Introduction (2 minutes)****

• Welcome participants and thank them for joining.
• Introduce yourself and any co-facilitators.
• Explain the purpose of the focus group: to gather insights and feedback on auditing Medallia forms on VA.gov.
