Analytics: Convert "Go-Back links" widgets in Datadog

User story

As a Cartography team member, I want to convert the current funnel analysis widgets for the three Go-back links on the current MHV-on-VA.gov Integration RUM dashboard into a click rate conversion measure. This will allow us to easily convert the queries into custom metrics, which all of the dashboard widgets need to be preserved past 30 days.

Notes

• Current funnels-style widgets were an experiment; Wes and Kat synced on this 7/12 and determined a single-number widget (similar to engagement) should be possible, while allowing for easier custom metric creation.
• This will be added to a new dashboard [ticket] with the final custom KPI widgets for integration, since the current dashboard is not based on Custom Metrics and will only have a 30-day look-back window.

Acceptance criteria

• Create widgets for click conversions for all 4 Go-back links under our care (3 on landing page, 1 on temp records page)
• Verify the new metrics are created and names are logged – [does this mean "create custom metrics" – if so, maybe we could just create the Metrics and then widget the Metrics in this one ticket?]
• Pair with someone from the team (Wes/Florence?) to make sure it captures everything correctly
