Improve form introduction page

Description

As part of the usability study conducted in early spring, we found some opportunities to improve the experience for veterans as they complete the 527EZ form.

Design ticket #77724 has the background information for this specific change to the introduction text.

[x] This change is kept behind a feature flag; will need to go through Collab Cycle
[x] Web pages(s) are update to match the designs
[x] All automated tests are update and passes
[ ] When our intro page is ready, we will need to inform the support team to launch the page so we can link to it.

While comparing designs to staging, I found a few missing line breaks and a missing link URL. They are captured in this figma file.

Does anyone know who to reach out to for the missing url for the "Learn about the different types of pensions" link? While this isn't a blocker and the 'introduction' page updates are on stage and ready for review we will need the url before we're able to deploy these changes to production.
