Update to burial allowance static page H1 #88532

The 530 EZ product team made recent updates to the form 530 EZ online form URL (ticket).

Follow-up request

The product team requested CAIA support on the content for the breadcrumbs. The updates to the breadcrumbs prompted a conversation with Mikki around adjusting the static page H1 to align with the recommended breadcrumbs. And we also tracked a few updates on the form intro page.

Updates:

SMEs approved the use of the H1 "Veterans burial allowance and transportation benefits"
As a result, I tracked some adjustments to the form intro page and noted the breadcrumb updates in this ticket.
The product team will let us know when their updates are ready and we can publish the static page H1.

@megzehn here's a link to the page that we'll need to republish: https://preview-prod.vfs.va.gov/preview?nodeId=864

Aliyah will adjust the link to match the form intro page H1.
We can also adjust the breadcrumb right before we publish the page. Megan will do this.
And once the new form URL link is live, we can replace the link on the static page (https://www.va.gov/burials-memorials/veterans-burial-allowance/apply-for-allowance-form-21p-530ez)

Still waiting for the product team to confirm when the form and breadcrumb updates may be live.

@megzehn I'm still waiting for the product team to confirm if the H1 update will happen before the other support doc section updates.

As we chatted, I updated the online form link text to be "Apply for burial allowance and transportation benefits" - this matches the form intro page H1.
The ready to publish version (with just the H1 and link change) is from July 18, 2924 at 6:26pm by aliyah.blackmore@va.gov
