Initial Questions for product team:

  1. What's Veterans understanding of what an automatic COE is? What is "enough info" needed [to understand this]? What if the info on file is incorrect?

    From Fiorella:

    We need to work with content folks to make sure Veterans understand what an automatic COE before this page and perhaps add more explaination on the success alert.

    If their COE has errors, they can use this form to make changes. Unfortunately, we don't prefill the information of the COE. They have to enter everything, except all the usual prefill stuff, such as their personal information.

    I'll check with my team if when a Veteran has an automatic COE, we know where this COE is stored, and if we can connect to it so the Veteran can focus on fixing the errors

  2. Can they update in Profile? Would we be able to link that here if so?

    This page will used a new pattern. All this information will be locked and we can add a link to their profile.

  3. If only need 2 types of evidence (listed above), is this long list necessary? Or how can we make it clear that this is where they can upload all evidence?

    I like this suggestion!! Based on their selection on how they describe themselves, we suggest the documents they need to upload, and thus they should ony see the document types of the documents we are suggesting

  4. What LOA does someone need to access this form? If LOA3, can we add content so folks know this before they try logging in? Forms team has an example of this

Update from 7/12: this work is at the end of the priority list for Sitewide Content. Can check in with Lily once she's back in office 8/5 if there are any status updates

Update: we don't think there is much IA feedback at the moment. The form already exists and isn't moving.
